HENRY COE STATE PARK and RAIN:

During the rainy season the county parks are often closed so many people head to Coe Park.  PLEASE do not ride on the single track trails for 48 hours after it has rained ½”  or more in 24 hours.

There are plenty of dirt roads you can ride on in wet weather, so take advantage of them and show some respect for the trails in Coe Park and the volunteers who work so hard to ensure that we, the public, continue to have several hundred miles of trails to ride on in this fantastic park.

“Our Parks Our Future,” the planning process to update the Strategic Plan for your County Park system, has entered into an information analysis phase following a successful public input period. In Spring, 2017, we reached out to you, the residents of Santa Clara County, to learn more about what you envision for the future of your County Park system. We were grateful to have reached over 1,800 individuals and look forward to putting that input into action as we develop a draft plan. Visit www.ourfutureparks.org for more information on the process or to contact the planning team.
