Registration at 9 am. Clinic from 9:30-12:00
WHAT:
- Is your horse unsure about sharing the trail with bikes and other trail users?
- Come to our de-sensitivity day.
- Lead your horse or be mounted.
- Work up to bikes getting closer and coming faster from all directions. There will be quiet bikes and noisy bikes.
- They will come alone and in groups.
- There will be backpackers, strollers, umbrellas, etc.
WHERE: Blomquist Arena, 8885 Guibal Ave., Gilroy. From New Ave. go west on Roop Rd. DO NOT TURN ON GUIBAL. Go straight ahead to the arena.
COST: SMHA members $10. Non-members $20.
This includes a hamburger lunch IF YOU PRE-REGISTER and we receive your entry by 8/25. There will be a few extra lunches available, but we cannot guarantee you will get lunch without pre-registration.
